For school year 2014-2015, 333 scholars make up the total student population of Philippine Science High School – Ilocos Region Campus. 

Enrollment figures are divided among the year levels: 90 from Grade 7, 83 from Grade 8, 80 from Grade 9, and 80 from Fourth Year.
 
As to classification per province, majority of the scholars are from the province of Ilocos Norte (101), followed by those from Pangasinan (99), Ilocos Sur (79),La Union (30) and provinces outside Region 1 (24).
 
The PSHS – Ilocos Region continues to intensify its campaign for the PSHS National Competitive Examination set on October 4, 2014.  Efforts of the administration, faculty, and staff include radio and television press releases, posting of tarpaulins in strategic locations all over the region, linkages with national government agencies and local government units, and school-to-school campaigns by teachers and staff.
