INVITATION FOR INTERESTED FOOD SERVICE PROVIDERS OF PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL-ILOCOS REGION CAMPUS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024

- The Philippine Science High School- Ilocos Region Campus (PSHS-IRC) now invites Food Service Providers (FSP) within Ilocos Sur to participate in the selection process and in the submission of proposals for the above-stated project. The interested Food Service Providers should have at least three (3) years of experience in the food business operation in either/or in a combination of experience in operating a canteen, as a concessionaire in a food court, and/or food service delivery.
- Interested Food Service Providers may obtain further information from the given address below from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The Philippine Science High School – Ilocos Region Campus will hold a preliminary meeting with Prospective Concessionaires on August 4, 2023, 9:00 A.M at the PSHS IRC Administration Building Conference Room, Poblacion East, San Ildefonso, Ilocos Sur which shall be opened to interested Food Service Providers operating within the province of Ilocos Sur.
- The submission of documents for accreditation and proposal must be duly received by the Special Committee on Bids and Awards (SCBA) for the Selection of Food Concessionaire through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before August 9, 2023 at 8:30 A.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
- Bid opening shall be on August 9, 2023, 8:30 AM at PSHS-IRC Administration Building Conference Room, Poblacion East, San Ildefonso, Ilocos Sur. The legal documents submitted for accreditation shall be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
- Pre-qualified bidders will prepare food for the food tasting stage which shall be held on August 9, 2023, 3:00 PM at PSHS-IRC Administration Building Conference Room, Poblacion East, San Ildefonso, Ilocos Sur.
- The Philippine Science High School – Ilocos Region Campus reserves the right to reject any and all documents submitted for accreditation and proposals, declare a failure of the selection process, or not proceed with an agreement at any time for justifiable and reasonable ground where the agreement will not redound to the benefit of the intended beneficiaries, as follows: (i) if the physical and economic conditions have significantly changed so as to render the project no longer economically, financially, or technically feasible, as determined by the MANCOM; (ii) if the project is no longer necessary as determined by the management without thereby incurring any liability to the affected food service providers.
